I went to Total sport Northgate…and the plan was to use the vitality rewards as I am a vitality member…

The cashier assisting me told me that I can not use the discount and that I needed to purchase for 4K if I needed to use the discount percentage….completely different to what I was reading,but I decided to call my husband whilst still in the store…to my surprise the manager was listening and she came to ask what the issue was….i took out my phone and logged into the App….showed her the 45% discount that I qualify for and to surprise the cashier as not well informed about it and I would have left the store cause of that…but I really liked how the branch manager went out of her way and assisted me…very humble and well spoken manager and very calm..
