Great help and service

My mom bought me a Polar Loop at the Matlosana Mall in Klerksdorp, as I could not find one in Polokwane (Sale stock). However the battery was faulty and drained within 2 hours. I took it to the Mall of the North branch and explained the situation to them. I did not have the slip with me and my mom lost it. The Polokwane branch contacted the Matlosana branch, who gladly assisted them and sent a copy of the slip via email. Mall of the North phoned me and said that I could come back and hand in my Loop for repairs. They sent it away and after a week I was informed that I can come and collect my product. It was repaired with no extra costs. Great service from both branches and thank you for assisting me!!!
