I would like to send kudos to the Witbank (Emalahleni) Total sports Staff members who assisted me with my recent running shoe purchase. I so a shoe on Bash but I couldn’t buy it because I couldn’t use my discovery discount voucher. I went to Witbank Total Sport to enquire about using the vitality voucher on bash app and I was advised that it is not possible. They further advised me that they can get the shoe from the other store using IBT and I will be able to purchase it at their store using the discovery vouchers. I paid R60 for the IBT and the shoe was delivered after two working days (today). I managed to use my voucher for the discount. Thank you to Siya, Promise and Nathi for their advice and also for going an extra mile to get the shoe delivered before the scheduled date.
