Gratitude and appreciation

Totalsports, thank you so very much for a wonderful shopping experience this morning - August 27, 2023!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am speechless really - I went in to the Totalsports store at the Mafikeng Mall to buy sneaker cleaning spray. The ladies who assisted me were Karabo and Lerato. I asked questions on how to use the products because I had bought the same products from Sportscene previously, but did not get the desired results. So my brother had suggested that I try Totalsports, and I am so happy I did!!! Karabo and Lerato started explaining to me just how to use the products and when I asked them to demonstrate it for me, they did not hesitate, they ended up cleaning both my sneakers and giving me directions on what to do when I got home, as well as maintenance. It is so heartwarming to find people who do their jobs with such passion in this industry. I asked Karabo and Lerato, "With such great service, do you think I'll go to another store other than Totalsports?" And I mean it - from now onwards, Totalsports, you have my support and that of my entire family - and we're a big family!!!!! Once more, thank you so very much, I really appreciate you my angels.
