Got ****med my Sassa money ( child support grant)

It was on the 6th of March 2023 when I went to Total sports Heidelberg at Victorian Complex, I did a laybye on kids sneakers it was 2 vans and 1 Nike sneakers. As it was during Sasa days I paid with my Sasa card and it seems like network was not functioning well the transaction didn't go through I think we tried several time until it went through. By that time I was getting R1440 for 3 kids so because I putted 500rand in laybye am supposed to be left with 940rand , I went to Pick n pay to buy some groceries with the same card it gave me the very same problem than I was advised to go to the post office cause they're the one who handles sassa finance.i went to Post office I got statements showing tatol sports drawn money twice and it was never reversed and also pick it took money but it was reversed. I went to the store with the statements they refused to to refund back my kids money till today...so the service there they are ****ming people
