GOING AN EXTRA MILE.

I had jus received one of the best customer service from Totalsports in Pretoria CBD church street. The lady's name is Tshego. She has Tenacity, urgency and drive. I was left dazzled by the way she took time to assist me even though is was almost time for the store to close. She kept on talking to me suggesting other options. I hope she is in the leadership role because she has so much to offer to the Totalsports customers.. Thank you so much Tshego..
