Gift Card Credit
I really don't understand Total Sport my dear friend lost her gift card and contacted head office to block the card so no 1 can be able to buy on it and so it was blocked when she requested credit on the account was advised it will not be credited in her account ,so where did the money go because who ever will find the card will not be able to buy on it and she didn't get her money back because they refuse to credit her account back ... so at the end Total Sport gets the money and no goods received is this right ?
