FILTHY SHOES PURCHASED ONLINE AT TFG - TOTAL SPORTS!!

Annoyed is an understatement where TFG is concerned!!

I bought 3 pairs of shoes during the Blcak Friday craze online and I elected to pick them up at the Hi Store in Canal Walk, Century City. It was hell because they kept on sending me from pillar to post because I didnt have a pargo code BUT I had sms's saying my parcels were ready to be picked up. The parcel was there and had my name on it, I had my ID with me but they wouldn't give it to me BECAUSE pargo code! After having to deal with rude sales people at the Hi Store, I left and called the TFG online support line. Spoke to a pleasant lady, Fatima, who made a call to the store and spoke to Keanu and arranged that I pick up the parcels, they will be ready to pick up irrespective of not having the pargo code. I went and picked up the parcels, Keanu was there and very pleasant. We opened the parcels and to my suprise the 2 Infants' Nike Team Hustle D8 White/Black Shoes were FILTHY! I asked them why on earth would TFG sell me dirty shoes?? I mean even if the shoes were shelf stock BUT the least that they could have done was to clean the shoes!!So then I walk down to Total Sports to try and exchange the shoes, they said they don't have the sizes that I wanted.

Fast forward to me calling the TFG online support AGAIN and trying to get this issue resolved. I spoke to Naveed Siddiqi who asked me to take a picture of the shoes and send to him via email. I did that on Fri, Dec 6, 8:23 AM (12 days ago) and he acknowledged receipt of my email

"Naveed Siddiqi Dec 6, 2019, 11:25 AM (12 days ago) to me

Good Day,

I have received the pictures and I have logged a ticket to our brand for this seeking further assistance as the item has been sold out online.

We will get back to you with feedback within the next 24-48 working hours."

I have tried calling TFG AGAIN but I have been on hold since yesterday! I have email Naveed twice and he has not bothered to call or respond to my emails. This is very disappointing considering I am a paying client and all I want is to be treated as such have the issue resolved!
