Fictitious fees
On my last statement I have been charged a PHONE CALL FEE, I didn’t ask for the phone call to be made so why am I suppose to pay for it, I made a payment on the 3rd of October 2020 and on the 5th October 2020 I’m billed for the phone call, what kind of madness is this? Why are you making up fees? Do not call and charge me for the call
