False prices advi*****t at Totalsports Protea Gardens.

I am very disappointed of the way i was treated at Protea Gardens totalsports store. I went to buy sneakers for my daughter that are not on special. I took the sneakers that was displayed with the price underneath which is R999. I went to the till to pay all to found that the price is not the same as the one displayed. I ask the cashier that why I am being charged more while the display price is low, she gave me an attitude and told me the price of the shoes are inside the sneakers which those sneakers had a paper inside that closed the actual price. She continued saying that it is the customers that changes the shoes on display, I went back to the display, only to find out that the price of the sneakers that they charged me is not there on display. I have checked the prices on the sneakers and the display prices, only to find that all prices on display are wrong and they don't match what is on their systems or tag that they put inside the shoe. Instead of apologizing about that mistake, the cashier who later I found out that she is the store manager, gave me attitude and told me that she doesn't deal with changing display prices, it not her department or responsibility to do so. I was surprised the whole store manager giving me such answer and on top of that she called security guards of the mall, telling them I am harassing her. I had to leave the shoes because of the treatment. I am very much disappointed and they have mislead us customers with wrong prices. I need to buy the shoes with the price that I saw on display, if not I will have to take the matter to ombudsman. I need an apology from her for accusing me of harassing her and they way she spoke to me in front of other customers. This is not acceptable at all. ***. I have met the security guard outside and they asked me what transpired because the say I have harassed her.
