false advertising

<p>I must say im very disappointed at totalsport , I bought a Orlando pirates jersey which was then on promotion for R499 , when i reach the till point i was then told i had to add a sneaker cleaner if i were to qualify for R499 promo whilst the customer who was behind me paid Only R499 when i queried i was told that customer had to use points card which didn't make a sense to me so my point is why advertise R499 if u know its more than that and why u treat ur customers differently </p>
