I bought shoes in one of Total Sport stores in Cape Town for my children who are currently staying with their granny in EC. When I arrived in EC, the shoes do not fit so I went to Total Sport in King Williams Town. I tried to explain to the manager my reasons for not having the box and the receipt. He didn't even want to listen he said in "his" store they won't help me. I even suggested that i leave the box for another customer if it happens that I get the right size, he asked me what must be do with the price tag ????? I mean really ?? Is he that dump. What happens when they reduce the price . I know the date when I bought the shoes so I thought he was going to confirm with Total Sport in Cape town. I'm so hurt and disappointed with his attitude.
