Exceptional Service - Extremely patient and friendly #TotalSportsMallOfAfrica

<p>Went through to the store confused after having made an online purchase, found a trainee at the casier (Mfundo - i think his name was) we were absolutely confused and worried we would not find a replacement for the item we had bought - being a late sunday afternoon. it was a busy day but not even once did the young man and his female manager make us feel unwelcomed. the staff around overall was extremely friendly. I did not intend on buying anymore sneakers this festive but i am motivated to now.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you to the team at TotalSports Mall of Africa, for a pleasant experience. Mostly to the young man for going beyond to try and assist us and the manager. Will be paying you another visit soon.</p>
