Excellent Service

I would like to take this opportunity to appreciate Gugu from Jabulani Mall (sportscene ) . She is energetic , friendly just awesome . I went to store to collect my order . I was having issues because i received sms saying order was sent to a different store..so basically i was going back and forth with other consultants , So Gugu was my savior as she managed to sort out everything and it didn't even take long. Gugu is a true star , she's definitely and asset to Total sport and i hope she gets this . She deserves Employee of the Month and a reward , if the store cannot give her one I will personally come in for it . I am satisfied with the service i receive from Total sport all because of Gugu
