Excellent Service

Good Morning <br> <br> I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to The Team At Totalsports Promenade.<br> I had never been to this Totalsports branch before (because the Mall is always Packed) , and there is no better way to explain the service I received , other than OUT OF THIS WORLD .<br> <br> From the Moment the moment I put my foot in the store , I was Greeted by this young lady with a vibrant smile , eager to assist me. I needed help with some foot wear , she called a guy Phaldie to help me and He did just that.<br> He never stopped answering my questions, gave me more knowledge about the product than what I knew or never knew , which was very unexpected and warming to know.<br> <br> They unfortunately did not have my product in store , but other than just brushing me off , he made a way , with the help of his manager Lamees , in getting the product of me in time(THE NEXT DAY!).<br> <br> This was really unexpected service!<br> <br> So thank you again, keep up the great work Totalsports Promenade .
