Excellent Service

Hi,

I'm Mateboho Ndumo from Vaal in Vanderbijlpark, last week Thursday I was at Totalsport Vaal Mall for Shopping,I was assisted by the guy named Wyne,I was looking for 3 Spain Jersey,and they only had1Left, he checked online for me and he also done IBT from Cape Town.

On the system it shows its only one left from Cape Town,but he phoned the branch using his cellphone, they charged me R80 for postage which was fair.

Today he called me to come and collect my parcel,I was so happy with the service.that's the definition of Extra mile,communication was excellent because he kept on updating me with my parcel. He made me feel like I was the only customer in the world. Whoever trained Wyne,Thank you so much!
