Excellent customer service experience

I recently did a purchase at the branch in Claremont Cavendish Square, sales consultant Waylon sorced a product for me from another branch and kept me informed that the item had arrived and that I can come purchase it promised me to get the product and he delivered excellent customer service from ten start of the sale. Keep up the good work Wylon you a star in my book.

A few days later the product was not functioning as expected. I then decided to call and ask for Wylon as he assist me and I really enjoyed his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile for the customer. He was not available and I was handed over to his colleague Lameez who again was so friendly and helpful. I did not not even have to come in the store first all I did was tell her the faulty she was kind and helpful enough to assist me the best way over the phone. She kept me informed every step of the way calling me to tell me she had almost sort out my query. She explained to me that she was waiting for feedback from her manager to sort out my return. She finally got the go ahead as per her manager and decided to call me and request I come in and bring the faulty product in. When I got there she greatly me with a friendly smile and proceeded to get my refund. I was so happy and taken back by her willingness to assist me and go the extra mile just as her colleague Waylon. These sales consultants are definitely an asset to your company and I wish them all them best and keep up the excellent customer service. This type of serve is rare they made me feel like I was the most important person in the store. I would like you to please give them two or three Pat's on their back as they are really doing an excellent job and deserve to be praised. Thank you Totalsports Cavendish you guys rock.
