Excellent Customer Service
I needed a copy of a sales docket of a purchase made at a Totalsports branch in the Helderberg area in January 2015, exactly 2 months ago, as proof for Discovery Vitality who refused to admit an error they made. Charmaine went beyond the call of duty to help me and I am really, really grateful for it. She deserves a medal!
