Excellent Customer Service

I went to TotalSport in Witbank (Emalahleni) downtown with my elderly mom who walks with the aid of walking stick. My mom is a regular customer. I was so touched and moved by the warm and friendly caring behaviour of the young lady who helped her. She welcomed my mom, paid attention to her with great respect and smile. She gave my mom a chair to rest. She patiently gave the phone my mom wanted to buy and told her credit balance and availbale credit to buy after we paid. The amazing lady's name is Nomsa as per the till slip, a medium sized lady with relaxed her.

Keep up the good customer service you are simply the best. I would go back to that same shop any time of any day.
