Excellent customer service!

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Total Sports in the Somerset West mall for their excellent customer service. One employee in particular is a golden star!!! Her name is Alecia-Cloe. She went above and beyond to assist me. I was in the market for a new smart watch, the Huawei GT 4. I specifically wanted the one with the green strap. Alecia stepped in, organized, made phone calls and the next day she had the watch, ready for me to come and buy.

She followed up and kept me in the loop the whole time! Her customer service is exceptional and I believe that she deserves the recognition! If I had a say in it I would have given her a big fat raise. Any company can be lucky to have a employee like her. Can who ever reads this please acknowledge her for the great and awesome person that she is!!! Well done Alecia, you are a super ⭐.
