What an excellent service i recieved from Vincent Mtetwa stationed as a store manager at Heidelberg Victorian Centre. Level of humility,respect,professionalism really compel me to pen my gratitude. Its humbling to find a man of his age with all these attributes. I felt valuable. I could not fail to even notice the respect he generally has even for his colleagues. Very impressive.
