Drunk shift manager and overall terrible experience

The shift manager named Thapelo at the V&A Waterfront Totalsports location was drunk on shift. He smelled of alcohol and was constantly making rude remarks, calling me fat and trying to get me to buy shoes other than the ones I had chosen. When attempting to get a refund he slowed the process down and eventually authorised it. He was harassing the female staff constantly and made everyone around him uncomfortable. Due to this we will not be returning to a Totalsports location.
