DOUBLE STANDARDS EXCERCISED BY TOTAL SPORTS CANAL WALK

My wife bought a pair of trainers from the store and after wearing it twice, the shoes actually burnt her feet. She tried exchanging the shoe, but the store would no allow her to do so. In the meantime, a friend of hers had the same problem and althogh her shoes were worn more than hers and was also older, it was exchanged by the store. She actually accompanied her friend when the exchange was made without any hassle. My wife now actually sits with a pair of shoes that she cannot actually wear during her sport practices. This now for double standards and bad for business. I will definitely not recommend this store to anyone.
