Double payment, Refund needed!

Complaint! I was advised in TS store (walmer park GQ) to buy a track suit online in Bash, when I had payment online it did not reflect in time a double payment had been done since the payment did not reflect the first time this was in June 2026. Now I've been complaining and emailing Bash and went to Total Sport for my refund they asked for banking details for the refund last month August, but my money has not been refunded with no communication, please I need assistance with this matter I want my refund!
