Don't you have storing system in place. Poor storing system

I don't know how do you guys place the lay buys in the storage. We waited for more 30 min they said they looking for it in totalsports in Secunda mall. We even left because we were suppose to get the kids at school. So now my worry is should I go there tomorrow is still going to be the same wait. And it also gives the image that our goods are just being thrown in whatever room they are keeping them. Like how many people wait while the staff disappear for more than 30min and still don't get assisted.
