Horrible service. I ordered a pair of shoes and was only informed 2 weeks later that they don’t have my size. AFTER I payed. Been waiting 3 weeks for a refund. No answer on customer care. No response on email. What’s worse, the shoe is still available on the website in my size (in other words, they know it’s out of stock but don’t care to take people’s money).
