Donna Claire account closure

It saddens me as a pensioner to write this.. I payed off my Donna Claire account on the 7th of May 2024 at Total sports I was then advised that I should call the call centre after two working days when the money has reflected into the account. I then called Donna Claire on the 9th of May 2024 and a consultant assisted me and advised that she will send off my documents and everything to their cancellations department and that everything from my side was done!!.Now randomly on the 15th of June I receive a call from Donna Claire consultants asking me “when am I paying them their money for the subscriptions” which I was never aware of!!! What confused me more is the fact that when I called to close the account, they never told me about this!!! Now they are calling me daily to threaten me!!! I have explained over and over to various consultants on the line that the account was closed. They say they never received any documents or communication from their consultant! Whose fault is that??? They now being rude to me and telling me that they will take me to their lawyers! For their fault? Their error? Is it because I am a old that’s why they are taking advantage of me???! I’m so sick and tired, I closed my account cause I am a pensioner and I do not earn money anymore. I need help with this matter
