Dissapointed customer

2 months ago I walked into totalsports mall of Africa I say a jacket I liked very much but they didnt have my size so I spoke to one of the cashiers and they said I must right my name in a book and she checked the system and said there is one coming that week in my size, so I left a discription of what I wanted and I left my name my number my father's number and my mother's number 2 months later and I'm still waiting, I work in the customer service and experience industry and right now this is very disappointing.
