Disgusting Service and rude staff I've received

I went to Festival Mall Kempton Park to settle my account at Totalsports on Thursday the 10th January 2019 when i get there i received the traumatizing experience here it where it starts got to the counter told the lady to check my balance instead she starts talking to her colleague therr chit chatting laughing and I'm standing there like a fool after 5 minutes she attend me but kept talking with her colleague and me at the same time then she told me my balance which was R1508.79 so i asked her to take R1510 from the R1520 I gave her to settle this amount she took the money then starts dragging herself to help me wasted my time, after 4 minutes she told me she does not have a change, I asked her what must I do the she responded to me saying there's is nothing she can do if she does not have a change of R10 to give me mind you i spend the whole 20 minutes in this shop while there was not even client they were assisting i was alone what ****es me off is that i went there on my spare time i got because i usually don't get offs nor have time to go to the malls now i had to run to exact before they close their shop because it was the closest foschini group shop next to Totalsports now tell me the big shop like this during the whole bladie day does not have a change of R10 and to top it off you have got *********** staff who are so rude please train your staff they must know what Customer service means what they doing is utter bull**** and ******* i will never go there i might as well close this account completely jeses maan
