Disgusting customer service

I purchased a pair of Asics for my son 4 months ago. He told me that the material was coming loose so I took it to Totalsports Knysna where I bought it. I was then told by the field leader Doreen Malan that she will not refund me as it was wear and tear and that I did not listen to advise that was given when I bought it. (That I should rather take another pair)I told her that no advise was given to me and that it was my consumer right to choose what I pay for. It also has a 6 month default exchange on this shoes. I logged a complain with customer care CS-*** and told the lady that I am not happy with the outcome and asked her to keep the case open, but soon afterwards I receive a message that case has been closed. Ps. I do not want Doreen Malan to contact me.
