Discomfort to my feet
Good day, I bought a pair of Own the game sneakers in October which I wore twice. Each time I experienced discomfort to my feet and hesitated to exchange them. Today I decided that it was enough or I'm going to be miserable still owning them. Little did Iknow that I could only exchange within 30 days. I am asking TFG to show compassion moreover I am a loyal customer. If they don't I will contact Adidas directly. They are still in a good state as witnessed by staffers.

For defective items like this we do allow up to 6 months for a return. However, as the items were purchased in October, we are unfortunately no longer able to assist with an exchange. This is due to stock turn over within the stores - meaning that the item is most likely no longer available. We would recommend reaching out to adidas directly who may be able to assist you further.
