Disappointing service

Extremely disappointed with the service total sport mall of Africa gave me yesterday morning. I called the shop for a size 6 all star low cut and I was informed by a lady working that they had it. I drove there all the way from the South to get there and find that they didn’t have the size 6 at all. I have never been so disappointed at how they handled this whole thing and the waste in petrol. They must really improve on their competence.
