disappointing service

i am so disappointed with the service i got from the staff and the manager on two occasions on the 7/09/2021 and 8/09/2021.. i needed help in sending out a phone claim and instead of helping me there was an excuse after excuse, the manager was also not interested instead she went away to take a private call... i am not sure that i will be returning to this store again.. total sports newtown juction.
