Disappointing service

Hi

I am honestly dissapointed with the service I got at Total sports Campus square.

In April 2019 I went to the shop to buy gym clothes, when i got to the cash point , the lady scanned the items and then she told me that I need to pay my account whilst my account was not due which honestly confused me cz I pay every month.

I then paid whatever she asked me to pay, but still she told me that my account does not have enough credit... in which surprised me even more cz she calculated my items made me pay what ever amount it came up to.

She then called the call centre and wasted my lunch time,I got to work late and i then asked her to just leave everything and i will call the call centre when I get to work as i did not have enough time.

When I got to work I called the call centre and they told me that my card is blocked due to me spending a lot on my first purchase and I needed to submit the required documents in order for my card to be activated. But my question is how did she not check if my card is active or not before she assumed that I do not have any credit on my account????? ????

Then secondly today on the 3rd of June 2019 I went to Total sports campus square to get the mens sleeveless puffer jacket Small in size. When I got to the pay point I was served again by the same lady who I am reporting today. So the jacket did not have a price tag, she then went to get a medium size jacket that was on the sales floor and she scanned it due to the last Small size I took did not have any prize tag which was understandable. But what she did she packed the medium size that she scanned instead of the Small size I took????.. I actually noticed that after a few days after purchasing the jacket as I am planning on wearing it Tomorrow at work...

I am so dissapointed... I honestly do not want to shop at Total sports Campus square ever again!!!!. I am so so so dissapointed. Cashier: Thoko Transaction: CR ********** 015251
