Disappointed and I have not even received my account card

I app**** for an account online and all went well, documents submitted and everything confirmed over the phone. I received an SMS saying to take my ID to the nearest store to collect my card. Even the bank accepts drivers licenses as ID but Totalsports doesn't. They said they need the original ID provided on the application so they can match the picture. I had a copy of my ID book on my phone which could be used to compare the picture and check that I am who I said I was by matching the ID numbers between my physical drivers license and the digital copy of my ID book but they would have none of it. Cannot quite fathom why a drivers license is not considered proof of ID. The SMS should then state please bring your ID BOOK or ID CARD as we do not accept drivers license as a form of ID.
