Defective Shoes returned

I had to return a pair of shoes due to a defective sole. Totalsports team helped with the whole process and went so far as to try and find stock of replacement shoes (which were on sale and low on stock). No hassles, just friendly and helpful. The Grove store and Fourways mall.
