Damaged Sneakers

Bought Nike waffle sneakers online and collected at one of their shops and checked it when l got if it was what l ordered and indeed it was , when l was about to wear the sneakers l found out that the colour of the sneakers where not the same, one was white as it was supposed to be and the left side was cream and it seems it was taken off at a shop where it was on show , that is s why the colour was faded because of the sun. What kind of a big company does that to their customers. Had to take it back to South Gate Total sports where the manager helped me to get a refund
