Damaged goods, no discount

<p>Was @ Totalsports cavendish the weekend to purchase Nike airmax going for R2300. Box was marked 10% off. When I inquired this, the manager told me it was a prank by 1 of the staff members. This was not good enough, they inspected the sneakers and found no fault. They then phoned another manager named Sam and he told them about damaged on the side and that he wrote it on there. After carefully inspecting the shoe, I agree to purchase at 10% off which equaled R2070. Then the in store promotion was spend more then R2000 and get R150 off if you a rewards member which I am. I was then told I can't have both discounts, I must choose 1. This is unacceptable for damaged goods!! And what staff pranks that way, ***********. Please sort this out and give discount when it's due!</p>
