CREDIT GIVEN WITHOUT MY APPROVAL AND USED

Went to West-gate Total-sports to pay my account only to find that my account was used and details were changed, eg: Office land line and Cellphone numbers. 12000 Credit was used on three different sites with amount of more than 4500 each and that was done on same day. funny enough they did not pickup the ***** till i want to Pay account at Total sports west-gate. I was requested to open a dispute and affidavit which i did within 12hrs cause they failed to explain this situation to me, My concern with TFG is, How did they use my credit cause i did not loose any of my TFG Card, ID or Driving Licence? Which i think this is internal ***** and its been 4Months now without any updates from them, please help...<br> <br> I also need to know who also approved so much credit on my account.
