Complaints against Totalsports account department

I have been contacted by a debt collector on behalf of Totalsports with regards to my account *** stating that I am currently owing R6566.20 meanwhile this account has been paid off in full since 2022. I never receive a paid up letter but instead Totalsports flag me on ITC negatively affecting my credit records.

This is so degrading on behalf on such a huge organization.
