Complaint promenade Mitchell's plain

Good day, I have a complain of totalsport promenade in Mitchell's Plain. The manager name is Irisha, I tried returning a takkie today that I purchased in Westgate Mall Mitchell's plain. But the manager in promenade did not want to return the takkie she was very rude and disrespectful towards me. I asked her about the takkie and she just told me to go away because she is on lunch. She did not even want to come out from at the back and the consultant told me to just go to Westgate Mall because the manager is very rude.
