company doesnt need people like this

Hi,i had received bad attitude from one of total staff meamber,she doesn't have manners at all,it was my first time undermined by a lady and it will be my last time,how can staff member point fingers at customers,retail doesn't need people like her,she's getting her salary because of customers ,management need to teach her a lesson, because one day she will be beaten by a customer because of her attitude,i nearly slapped her,i will make sure she get a lesson out of this,i won't be disrespected by a lady like this,she doesn't have customer service at all ,
