Cellphone returns at Totalsports Savannah Mall Polokwane

On 29 April 2023 went to Savannah Totalsports in Polokwane to buy a Samsung A23. Realised that memory is too little as the phone is for my kid to do school work. I went back the next day to ask for an exchange. I was told that is not possible & to my surprise the slip does not state that.
