Cellphone query and the service I received from the store

I bought a Samsung A12 for R2999 at Totalsports Chris Hani Centre on the 1st of August 2022,on the 15th of August it started to restart itself while I'm still busy with the calls and I went back to the shop and I reported the matter, they only restarted the phone and they gave it back to me. On the 29 of August it gave me the same problem and I took it back to the shop on the 3th of September 2022 and Celemuse booked the phone for repairs and I got it back on the 27th of September 2022, On the 29th of September 2022 it gave me the same problem of freezing while still busy with it and again I went back to the shop on the 3th of October 2022,Celemuse told his manager to give me the new phone because we can't keep on complaining about the same issue every time and his store manager she said she can't give me the new phone because it's her phones,and she was soo rude towards me and she booked it again for repair,then yesterday I went back to the shop to collect my phone and right now I can't even make phone calls or video calls because it it's freezing again and it's switches off itself,I spent lot of money for petrol going up and down with the same issues and I'm paying it every month,I want a new phone or my money back.
