Cant exchange without the card

<p>Im so mad i need to exchange an item bought at totalsports with the original packaging and the slip i got it as a gift vut now i cant exchange it for a bigger size because i need the card. They could have just exchange it as a gift its such a stupid system that they working on and the staff is just so *********** now im sitting with some thing i cant use but i have the original till slip the person with the card is another city what happened to good customer service.</p>
