Cant bounce a ball so how must I buy it

Hi everyone im really disappointed at the level of service that total sports gave me today my wanted a soccer ball and bounced one or two of them and a guy tells my son not to bounce the in a rude way not realizing that im next to him and an argument broke out between us gow are we supposed to buy a soccer ball if we cant bounce it and I bought the ball. Total Sports please explain to me why it is a problem to bounce a soccer ball and why is this guy by the name Mpho so arrogant if he is the manager then you guy's are clearly not interested in looking after your customer I almost gave him a hiding please get appropriate people to service your customers and please advice your staff at trade route mall to wipe of the ***** every morning if we cant bounce a ball how are we going to buy it.
