Can not get a refund

I made a laybye two months ago @Total sport adderly street...i took it out last month befor i could leave the store i ask them what happen if the tekkie doesnt fit then they reply i can always come back to change it or get a refund....now the tekkie doesnt fit my son i have check everystore they ecen check for me the size im looking for is out of stock which is size 6...i phone the store in adderly street 0n 30/11/2015 at around about 11:30 to ask what to do the sales lady which i forgot the name told me to take the shoe to the nearest store which is prominade cape town i went there they said i cant get a refund i must take something else the tekkie never worn&its not 30 days yet they send me away & they were rude when i try to phone adderly street in cape town they dont pick up phone even today i tried they never pick up
