Branch/company doesn't gives a rat's ass for you

Where to start...<br> 1. After repaying my full balance outstanding in advance, I bought a few items in the following weeks, still paying my instalment. One month came when I was forced to pay late, YOU SENT ME A THREAT TO HAND ME OVER TO THE LEGAL DEPT!!! I left it.<br> 2. The company is very quick to lift your instalment when spending but when you stop buying, the instalment does not shrink with your balance outstanding... I left it.<br> 3. The poor quality range of items you have, I know its Thabazimbi but for crying out loud! You opened the branch so people can get their goods in town, but we STILL have to go to the city to shop, no rugby range... really!? Just a few old bulls jerseys.<br> 4. What aggravated me the most... I went to pay my bill, asked the cashier about the instalment issue, his face looked like a screen saver as to how little of a clue he had on the matter, left it there. I wanted to buy some socks priced R45.99 the cashier told me the price is now R69 so I left it, when turning around I saw the same socks marked down to R49 so I told him I will take them, when I wanted to pay, this guy tells me it is also R69!!<br> <br> I have never been so disappointed by my favourite store ever!
