booking hisense device for repair

<p>I booked phone for repair</p> <p>Then again hisense its on of the,i dont know how to say it.they keep saying my phone is logged as a techincian they suppose to bypass n format the phone with my understanding all i need is the phone i bought knowing it has warrenty. All i need is my phone to be fixed i have been an understanding customer but now m tired either they gove me the new phn or fix my phone</p>
