Bongz the service champion

Received great service from Bongz at Totalsports Fourways Mall branch. He turned what would have been a disappointing shopping experience into a really pleasant experience. Going above and beyond sourcing a pair of tekkies that he recommended, not realising they were completely sold out except at one branch.

He promised to call me when they arrive, which he did. Bongz, you thoroughly deserves a 5 star rating. Sadly, Totalsports as a whole, have let you down.

Anyone shopping at Totalsports Fourways mall, just ask for Bongz straight away, and you'll receive the best possible service.
